The easiest way do it is block anyone and everyone who could possibly have an issue with you, not just people who harass you directly but if i see people posting opinions i heavily disagree with i just block them. it makes being online so much easier in general. as for irl people tend to care less or are at least aren’t as loudly hateful so it shouldn’t be as bad.
