def arkham city for me, best mix of gud gameplay, story and vibe imo. but Origins is underrated too, and Knight is overhated

Arkham knight is the only one I have beaten, besides the riddler, but Arkham City is so good. I think it would have to be Arkham Knight still because I love the story a lot but honestly all the Batman Arkham games are great.
