I presume you're talking about character and not gameplay. If it's gameplay you mean, then Scout and Soldier.

As characters, probably Medic or Heavy, not even just because they're funny but because they're also the most badass. I can't quite explain why, but if the comics got continued, or if we ever got that TV show, I'd probably enjoy them the most.
