Kinda?? My legs, due to my arthritis, are too weak to paddle on their own. Though, with flippers, I can swim really well! When I was a child, I couldn’t swim and nobody knew why! I tried to learn to swim, but nothing worked. Then after I was diagnosed with arthritis, I tried again and was given flippers. Swam fine with them.
